2. We contract our pre-screened and experienced vendors, and expedite the chosen projects.

3. Upon completion of the Notable online application, each vendor is paid directly for their services, or the funds can be transferred to the seller to use at their discretion—no out of pocket costs to you.

4. Finally, we take professional photos of the final result of your home’s transformation, and the property goes on the market.

5. Upon closing of the sale of your home, the actual cost of the prep services that were provided by Concierge will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale, with n interest are added.

6. we are by your side, managing the Concierge Process from start to finish.
